My roof was over 20 years old and the veteran of many a hailstorm. I was also extremely busy. Ranger Roofing took care of all the details, including working with my insurance company. We worked with George Hock of Ranger Roofing. When we discovered that we needed a new roof, they helped us through the insurance “ordeal”, worked with us every step of the way, and the roofers were phenomenal arriving early in the morning and were finished well before dark. Ranger Roofing is a professional and friendly company, local to the DFW area. They went above and beyond to assist in the claims process. The process has become cumbersome since my last claim, and they were able to assist in my understanding of new rules and requirements. George was in communication throughout the whole process. The installation  team was fast and courteous and left not just my house, but also yard looking better than when they started. Once the claim was settled, the job was scheduled within three days, and the roof was completed within one. Very professional evaluation with pictures and video of current state of roof. Also assessed the gutters which were known to be leaking. The estimate and contract were done in a timely manner. The workers arrived at the assigned time and were efficient. They cleaned up after finishing. Work was accomplished in one day, the gutters the next day. Photos were done of the finished roof. In November, I had my roof replaced by Ranger Roofing and had hail resistant grade 4 shingles installed along with gutter and downspouts.  From start to finish, Ranger handled everything, including interfacing with my insurance company.  It was a smooth, painless process for me.  The sales rep, Kenny Howell, was awesome.  He met with the insurance adjuster and kept me updated throughout the process.
Then, the company owner and sales rep came the morning of the scheduled replacement to ensure our landscape was tented for protection.  The roofing team was fantastic, worked quickly and cleaned up the site afterwards. We had new roof in one day!
The gutter team came the next day and removed the old, installed the new, cleaned the patio and then placed our furniture back on the patio.  They too were wonderful.
Overall, our experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Ranger Roofing to anyone who has roofing concerns or are in need of a replacement.

Ronnie helped us through the new roof process the entire way. 100% attention to detail and listened to all our concerns or questions no matter how small they were.  My wife was elated since they were able to set a firm date, deliver materials and install roof within about 3 days span way before Thanksgiving. In fact the timeline of Ronnie’s  inspection, insurance inspector claim, check in mail to finished roof was within a month.

George and his team were incredibly easy to work with on replacing our roof.  They worked with directly with our insurance company to help guide us through the insurance claim process.  George took as much time as we needed to understand how the process worked.

Once the actual replacement of the roof began, it seemed flawless.  They were responsible for removing the solar panels.  Then, in one single day, the entire roof was replaced.  This included the huge process of cleaning up everything on the ground.  Finally, the solar panels were placed back on the roof and the panels were working again.

The new roof looks incredible!
